ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to conduct investigation on petitioner complaint / Monday petition 2019-9005/29/160091/0909 dated 09.09.2019 and take suitable action under the Tamilnadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007.

Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no complaint was received from the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent is directed to take action under Rule 21 of Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules 2009 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
