ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in C.C.No. 2451 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-V, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the same, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court and file appropriate petition before the Trial Court. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the same on the same day in accordance with law.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
