Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the settlement deed in Doc. No.1611/2025 dated 30.06.2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent executed by the 8th and 9th respondents in favour of the 10th respondent, by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.11.2025, within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the settlement deed in document No.1611 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent executed by the 8th and 9th respondents in favour of the 10th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025. 2.Upon perusing the representation of the petitioner, it could be seen he is claiming ownership of the property and is

asserting that the party respondents without title had executed the above deed. Therefore, in the absence of the power under section 77-A of the Act, the Sub-Registrar has no power to once again enquire with reference to the document, which is already registered.

3.In view thereof, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
