Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to alter the correct date of birth of the petitioner is 14.05.1974 instead of 17.06.1973 as per the birth certificate issued by the registration department date 25.03.1998, for making necessary alternation in the petitioner's service register to approve by the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2022.
