PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to issue a direction, to direct the Honourable District and Sessions Judge(PCR Cases),Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur to consider the bail application on the surrender of the Petitioner/Accused No.1 on the same day in connection with Cr.No.121 of 2026.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused No.1 in Crime No.121 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the District and Sessions Judge(PCR Cases),Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.121 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 06.07.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
