Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the third and fourth respondents to transfer the petitioner's husband Durairaj, S/o.Muthukrishnan @ Muthukutti, PID 276550 presently confined at Trichy Central Prison, back to Central Prison, back to Central Prison, Palayamkottai. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 seeking to transfer the petitioner's husband has been rejected by the respondent.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondents.
