ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application seeking patta in plots No.46, 49, 50 and 51 comprised in Survey No.758, situated at Balarkishnapuram village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. Since it is not considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that now a days applications have to be submitted only through online mode and if the petitioner submits his application through online with relevant documents, it would be considered within reasonable time.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is permitted to make online application along with relevant documents within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on making of such an application, the respondents shall consider it and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks therefrom.

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
