This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Cr.No.48 of 2022 from the third respondent to any other Investigating Officer or Agency for fair investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry was conducted in Cr.No.48 of 2022. After completion of enquiry, charge sheet was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai District and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.901 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
