ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 348 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the records. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 348 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No. 56 of 2022, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/learned Principal Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time, this miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court . 2/4
