This petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary department action against the 5th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2019.

W.P (MD) No.18848 of 2019 2.Without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 17.07.2019 lodged by the petitioner against the 5th respondent herein, after issuance of notice to both the parties and after giving opportunity of being heard to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
