Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent 1/3

in his proceedings in TNSTC/Kum/MV/May2/182/2019 dated 15.06.2019 and the consequential relieving order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in TNSTC/Branch/Karur-II/No.3477 dated 17.06.2019 (served to the petitioner on 21.06.2019) and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, he was instructed to withdraw this writ petition and he has also given a letter dated 02.09.2020 to that effect. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the letter he has given, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
