ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation in Cr.No. 1628 of 2020 dt.9.11.2020 on the file of the second respondent and to file the final report within stipulated time as framed by this Honble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1628 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
