Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 29.01.2026, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) and he has filed a Memo dated 04.02.2026 to that effect and also produced the copy of the receipt. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the second appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order.
