PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to measure the lands comprised in Survey Nos.103/2, 103/3, 103/4 and 103/5A2 situated at Sooranviduthi Post, Alangudi Taluk, Sooranviduthi Village, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation and challan dated 20.09.2022 within time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

The petitioner has approached this Court to dispose of his application dated 20.09.2022 which was filed for survey of his land.
2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not made any application so far. However, he has made payment for survey of his land through online on 20.09.2022 and it would be considered on seniority basis.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and in order to give a quietus, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application along with the E- challan to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is made along 2/4
with the E-challan, the same shall be considered within a period of eight weeks from thereon. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
