ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct appropriate enquiry and to file the detailed Report based on the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. C3/1822539/2024, dated 19.08.2024 and consequently directing the first respondent to pass orders based on the detailed Enquiry Report filed by the respondents 2 and 3.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
