Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the report and also FMB Sketch demarcate and fix the boundaries of

the patta property of the petitioner comprised in Survey No.65/7 on the basis of petitioner's fee paid Challan No.2025/0123/24/007589, dated 09.09.2024, total extend of 5 Cents, situated at 113 Kallikudi Bit-I, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, within a stipulated time as directed by this Honble Court with adequate police protection, based on her representations, dated 16.05.2025 and 18.06.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.65/7 at 113 Kallikudi Bit-I, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the above mentioned property and patta for the said property stands in her name, vide Patta No.3010. She submitted an online application vide Application No. 2024/0123//24/007859, dated 09.09.2024, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.

3. Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 09.09.2024, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 07.07.2025 NCC :
