Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Under Section 173 of Motor Vechile Act, to set aside the judgment dated 06-06-2022 passd in MCOP.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal(Special Sub Judge), Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ROBERT CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the CMA., the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.24 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Judge, Madurai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after deducting the amount already https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
