Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission for conducting Palalayam Kumbabishekam in the Arulmigu Sri Semanagar Vadivelavar alias Subramania Swamy Temple situated at Konapattu, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to grant permission for conducting Palalayam Kumbabishekam in the Arulmigu Sri Semanagar Vadivelavar alias Subramania Swamy Temple, Konapattu, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2025.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the Archeologist have visited the Temple and have forwarded the report and now the report is pending before the State Level and Regional Level Export Committee constituted by this Court, which has to pass appropriate orders.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only minor work such as painting has to be done and there is no proposal for any new construction.

4. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the report is to be submitted by the State Level and Regional Level Export Committee, the respondents are directed to liaise with the aforesaid committee and obtain appropriate orders to conduct Kumbabishekam as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
