ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Management of the School challenging the order of the first respondent, dated 29.08.2024 passed under Section 14B of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

2. Since a statutory appeal remedy is available to the petitioner, the present writ petition is not maintainable. The same is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum.

3. In case, if the appeal is preferred on or before 08.08.2025, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority without any reference to the period of limitation.

4. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
