RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time of surrender before the trial court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 12965 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 in connection with Crime No. 123/2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABAKARAN.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illness, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.12965 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12965 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
