ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] All that the learned Single Judge has done is to direct the Land Commissioner to consider the claim made by the petitioner Trust in the Writ Petition. If the Commissioner decides against the petitioner, it remains open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate proceedings as provided under the law. Therefore, we do not see any necessity to grant leave. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.A.(MD)SR.No.55094 of 2024 is rejected. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from participating in the proceedings before the Commissioner in the manner known to law.
