Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.RAMKUMAR ADITYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10564 of 2021, dated 25.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 29.09.2021, without fail.

3. The above said submission is objected by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and he would submit that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police only from 29.09.2021 to 08.10.2021.
