ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court passed in W.M.P.(MD)No.1572 of 2022 in W.P(MD)No.1785 of 2022, dated 01.02.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submits that initially, this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 01.02.2022 till 24.02.2022 and thereafter, on 25.02.2022, it was extended till 28.03.2022 and subsequently, on 28.03.2022, it was extended until further orders. Further, based on the application of the petitioner, dated 15.08.2022, only a copy of the Adangal has been furnished and the revenue authorities have not mutated the same and therefore, there is no disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order of this Court.
