ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation under the supervision of the first respondent and file a final report in Crime No. 98 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police station.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.98 of 2022 , for the offences under Sections 294(b), 120(B), 506(2), 420 IPC and Section 67 (A) of Information Technology Act, 2000, on the file of the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 98 of 2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final 2/4

report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
