PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai, so as to expedite the case in O.S.No.31 of 2016, pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time.

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai, to expedite the case in O.S.No.31 of 2016. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the third defendant in the suit filed by the first respondent seeking for partition in O.S.No.31 of 2016, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.31 of 2016, within a period of one [1] year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
