ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.3262 of 2019 in Crime No.262 of 2019, on the file of the Principal District and Session Judge, Trichy dated 19.08.2019 in so far as the onerous condition of deposit and appearance before the respondent police is concern. 2.It is seen that the complaint was lodged by the wife of the petitioner. The marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant was solemnized in the year 2010 and they had obtained mutual divorce before the Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur in H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2011 dated 03.09.2013. Now, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint as against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- from the defacto complainant to get an appointment for her as a Teacher and also snatched her certificates and cheated her. Hence, the petitioner filed an anticipatory bail before the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli. The Court below granted anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- before the said Court. To modify the said condition this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstance, the aforesaid condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- is alone deleted and the other conditions remains unchanged. However, time is extended for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties from the date on which this order copy is made ready. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
