This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to allow the petition for exempting from surrender before the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.A.No.56 of 2023 dated 23.07.2024 in C.C.No.389 of 2014 purred by the Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai dated 06.04.2023, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
