ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from issuing separate Patta in the name of the fifth respondent with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, if the fifth respondent makes any application for grant of Patta with respect to 2/4

the subject property, the petitioner shall also be put on notice and thereafter, the application shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
