ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the rectification deed in favour of the petitioner based on the draft gift deed No. TP/22347938/2025 dated 1/4

19.06.2025 pending before the respondent office within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. On instructions, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not submitted a original deed for which the petitioner is seeking to rectify.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit the original documets before the respondent. On such submission, the respondent is directed to consider and register the rectification deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
