ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus forbearing the second and third respondents from interfering with the civil dispute.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No. 518 of 2023 and the same has also been closed by directing the parties to work out their remedy before the Court. The closure report was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police will not interfere with the civil dispute and it is left open to the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil court where the proceeding are ongoing.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above terms.
