ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint statement of the petition in the FIR in Crime No.334 of 2022 and file final report within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the case registered in Crime No.334 of 2022 in under investigation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police has not even forwarded his vehicle for Motor Vehicle Inspection and investigation is without any progress. 2/5

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.334 of 2022 and also to consider the representation of the petitioner for forwarding the vehicle for Motor Vehicle Inspection. Further the petitioner is also hereby directed to approach the third respondent by giving fresh representation and on receipt of the fresh representation the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
