This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.328 of 2013 and file the final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, investigation is almost completed and the respondent police are awaiting for a valuation report for the damages alleged to have been caused in this incident.

3.Considering the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
