ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.270 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.270 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the second respondent police. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is after lapse of 5 months, no progress has been made in the investigation. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far 7 witnesses have been examined and 18 documents have been collected.

4.Considering the nature of crime, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file final report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15423 of 2021 concerned Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing of the final report, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
