When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation, charge sheet has been filed as against the second petitioner in C.C.No.189 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District and the first petitioner's name was deleted in the charge sheet.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and the second petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
