This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.769/2016/D3 dated 30.03.2016 issued by the first respondent and in Na.Ka.No.18/A2/2016 dated 30.03.2016 issued by the second respondent with consequential direction to the respondents to renew the licence of the petitioner for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 for the public toilet and permit the petitioner to continue the licence for daily market.

2. In view of the detailed order passed in the connected W.P(MD) No.13041 of 2017, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
