ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to give suitable instruction to the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioners representation dated 27.01.2026 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that petitioner's representation has been received and current paper enquiry has been conducted. Due to the non-cooperation of both the parties, the enquiry has been closed on 05.02.2026.

3. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to reopen the petitioner's complaint, issue summons to the petitioner as well as the rival parties under Section 64 of BNSS, conduct an enquiry and conclude the same 2/4

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry to be conducted by the respondent police.
