ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to take appropriate action and conclude the enquiry of my complaint dated 24.04.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation with respect to issuance of forged appointment order by the proposed accused. However, no action has been taken. Hence this petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that no such complaint has been received by the third respondent.

4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint. On 2/4

receipt of the complaint, the respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the rival parties under Section 64 BNSS, conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
