ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No.332 of 2018 of Kadayam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the FIR in Crime No.332 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 153(A) IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, against the present petitioner, who was a juvenile at the time of occurrence, has been closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Tirunelveli, on 27.01.2023 under Section 258 Cr.P.C.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
