The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Srivilliputhur to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the fact that already D.V.C.No.19 of 2021 is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar, the Court inclined to allow this petition. H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from the Family Court, Srivilliputhur to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

3. With the above observations, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
