Respondents in all W.P's COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioners' cracker retail shop for the period 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 by considering their applications dated 23.03.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.Sathish Babu (in all W.P's) For Respondents : Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan (in all W.P's) Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioners' cracker retail shop for the period 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 by considering their applications, dated 23.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Since the applications are now pending before the second respondent for granting of 'No Objection Certificate', which according to the learned Additional Government Pleader has been received on 02.04.2016, the authority will pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the same, the authority concerned is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
