When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation, since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner, they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.433 of 2022.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
