ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to first respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, enquiry is under progress.
4.Recording the same, the first respondent is direction to take suitable action upon the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
