ORDER

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the suit filed in O.S.No.47 of 2015 was decreed in favour of him on 28.06.2019, which was also 1/4

confirmed by this Court in S.A.(MD)No.239 of 2021, by Judgment and Decree dated 13.08.2021. Though the Execution Petition in E.P.No.6 of 2020 was filed on 14.12.2020, the same is still pending before the Execution Court. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Execution Court to dispose of the said Execution Petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the Executing Court to dispose of E.P.No.6 of 2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
