ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016.

2.It is stated that the petitioner sent a representation dated 08.03.2016 to the respondent seeking to promote and appoint her either in Lourdhammalpuram or Pudukottai Primary Health Centre in Thoothukudi Health Unit District which is still pending. As there was no response to the said representation, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
