This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, as against the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2023 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent in C.No.

1520/PG/COP/Camp/TRC/2023, for an enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent has conducted petition enquiry and the same was closed, since it is a money dispute.
