The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in her favour in respect of the property situate in S.No. 153/39 in Perungulam Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering her representation, dated 26.05.2025.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property is the ancestral property of her husband Vel Murugan. The natham adangal was issued in the name of the petitioner's husband earlier. Subsequently, the adjacent land owner Esakkiraja managed to delete the name of the petitioner's husband and included his name in the revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner submitted the representation on 26.05.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be dealt with in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the above mentioned Esakkiraja and other interested parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
