ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of the property situated in S.No.492/6, Boothipuram Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2022.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and his request for issuance of patta was rejected by the order, dated 24.06.2025 passed by the second respondent, in Na.Ka. No.6897/2025/A3.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The copy of the rejection order was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is made clear that the dismissal of the Writ Petition will not
