management seeking qualification approval for the appointment of the Writ Petitioner.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent University has issued a proceeding on 04.09.2025, granting qualification approval to the Writ Petitioner subject to certain conditions.

3. One Dr.C.Hentry, has filed a sub application seeking to implead himself in the contempt proceedings raising certain objections with regard to the qualification approval sought for by the Writ Petitioner.

4. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to Dr.C.Hentry to challenge the qualification approval granted to the Writ Petitioner, if he is so advised. Considering the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with, the further presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
