... Respondent/Complainant For Petitioners : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A4 & A5 who were apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 415, 420, 463, 471 and 120(B) IPC, in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Considering the conduct of the petitioners in obtaining an interim order of protection by submitting that there is a possibility of settlement and thereafter, not taking any steps to resolve the issue, this Court has dismissed the earlier application filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8797 of 2021 on 20.09.2021. 3.This is the second anticipatory bail application. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.10.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners. Though the matter was again taken at 5.00 p.m on that day, in order to provide one more opportunity to the petitioners, there was no representation and therefore, the case was directed to be listed on 26.10.2021 under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

CRL OP(MD). No.16065 of 2021 4.Considering the fact that this is the second anticipatory bail application moved by the petitioners without any change in circumstances, that apart there is no representation for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
