ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to promote him as Senior Civil Surgeon and grant all the monetary benefits to him as per G.O.(Ms)No.7 dated 04.01.2012 Health and Family Welfare (B2) Department by considering his representation dated 01.03.2016. 2.It is stated that on 12.03.2015, a proposal was sent by the third respondent to promote the petitioner as senior civil surgeon and the same is pending with the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.03.2016 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed so far, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
